With our lovingly furnished holiday apartment in a direct beach location, we would like to prepare an unforgettably beautiful holiday in Scharbeutz on the Baltic coast. We attach great importance to stylish and practical equipment that is just as we would like to find it ourselves. The space The apartment is located directly on the beach (no sea view). The village center is in less than 5 minutes walking distance. The entire accommodation has a living area of approx. 32 sqm. The pantry kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, microwave, refrigerator, kettle, French press, toaster and many other utensils. In the private shower room, we provide towels, a hair dryer as well as smaller hygiene items (soap, shower gel, hand disinfection) for you free of charge. The accommodation is fully equipped with underfloor heating in the living area and shower room. Bankirai wooden planks are laid out on the balcony. In addition, you will find two lounge places incl. Table. A French double bed (1.40 m x 1.90 m) is available for the actual overnight stay as well as a couch with sleeping function. Bed linen are Included On request, a children's travel cot and high chair are provided for a one-time fee of €20.00. The 37"TV is equipped with cable TV and a Chromecast for streaming Netflix & Co. Access to the coin washing machine and dryer in the shared basement is possible. Other things to note The municipality of Scharbeutz charges a fee for holiday guests (tourism contribution). The tourism contribution results from the spa tax, the purchase of the so-called ostseecard as well as the duration and time of the stay per person. Children and adolescents who have not yet reached the age of 18 are exempt from the tourism contribution. During the year, the tourism fee collected varies between €0.50 and €2.80 per day per person. Upon arrival, we will settle this tourist fee on site and hand over the ostseecard. So that everything goes smoothly on arrival, we need your address as well as - if available - the full names of the co-travelers before arrival. If the address of the co-travelers differs, we also need this information.
