This lovingly furnished apartment in the country house style is part of the former village school of Welzin. The building has been here for over 100 years, far away from media and city noise. If you just want to "get out" and do without the TV, you will find the best starting point for a great Baltic Sea vacation here. Sunbathing on the Baltic Sea, fishing, cycling, kitesurfing and much more. 3 Baltic Sea beaches alone can be reached in 15 minutes. A fireplace ensures a cozy indoor climate. The space The apartment consists of an entrance area, combined kitchen and living room, bedroom and bathroom. Everything was lovingly renovated in 2018, with the stipulation to preserve the charm of a house over 100 years old. A second bedroom is available for 3 guests (2+ years). For a healthy living environment, allergy-friendly AlpenKalk paint was also used and the planks were processed on a linseed oil basis, which is also suitable for children's toys. The apartment is heated in the winter months with a fireplace (wood burning), which is located in the kitchen-living room. On the day of arrival, there is a briefing so that you can use the fireplace independently. We provide you with wood for heating free of charge. The fireplace has been newly connected and is not yet shown in the photos. Guest access In addition to the apartment, you are also welcome to relax in our garden, barbecue, play games and relax.
