"Spiti Elaionas" is a charming renovated stone house located at 300 meters from the golden sandy beach of Karfas. The house can lodge 4 adultes/4 kids maximum. Nestled on a hill planted of olive and wild pistachio-trees, it offers a splendid view to the sea and the Turkish coast (binoculars not to forget) . Quiet but not isolated ( shops and restaurants are 300 m. away). The house is simply decorated but with taste. Karfas is the best spot to visit Chios because of its central localisation. The space The villa is suitable for maximum 2 couples & 4 kids, or 4 adults. Knowing that, the 4 single sofas can be used as single sleepings adapted for maximum 4 children or teenagers. In the 2 bedrooms, there is a double bed in each one. Each family or couple can have its own privacy because each floor has its own bathroom and its own sea view terrasse. Guest access From the airport or the port, you can find a taxi or more difficult a bus. We also have a car rental office wit a delivery spot at the airport or port. For reserving a car, a deposit is not necessary. Thank you.
