A bright, airy house close to the beach and perfect a quiet break with the family. We also welcome people working in the local area for short or longer stays. A short walk to surfing and swimming beaches, fishing spots, the popular Rivermouth cafe and Tomakin Social club with The Patch restaurant. Close to the Broulee Brewery, Mogo Zoo, golf course, supermarket, bottle shop, cafes, restaurants, markets and all the amenities of Batemans Bay and Moruya. The space Our property is a comfortable and relaxing spot from where you can enjoy the NSW South Coast and is your perfect choice for a family getaway. The house is in a quiet residential area so is not suitable for large groups or parties. The house is located in the heart of old Tomakin, with the beach an easy, flat 2 minute walk away. The house comprises 3 Queen bedrooms and 1 bedroom with bunk beds and single - two are upstairs and two downstairs. Please note that bed linen is provided on the beds but no towels are provided, and you will need to bring your own. To make the stay comfortable, there are 3 full bathrooms - two upstairs with toilet, sink, bath and shower, one downstairs with toilet, sink and shower only. The house has a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable open plan living areas with an additional second lounge room with TV. We offer WIFI free of charge at the house. At the back of the house there’s a large sun-drenched garden with seating under a canopy, and clothes line for drying your clothes and towels. The house has an undercover deck on the upper level with comfortable outdoor dining table and BBQ. There is a laundry room with cleaning equipment, a washing machine, clothes dryer, ironing board and iron. To maintain the property, we do not allow pets. There is off street parking for two cars. Other things: Linen is provided based on the number of guests at the time of booking. Included in the cost is a basic pantry of condiments and cooking oils. We provide a complimentary toilet roll and bath mat for each bathroom, and two tea towels for the kitchen. Our property is a self-catering holiday house so you will need to bring along your own fresh food supplies. The local area: Our house is a few moments walk to Tomakin’s numerous beaches, fishing spots, the Tomaga river and boat ramp and the popular Rivermouth Cafe.
