Spacious ground floor apartment with walled tropical garden. 2 minutes walk to snorkelling beach. Facilities: - WiFi - Hot shower - Bathtub - Ceiling fan - Air conditioning - King size bed - Mosquito net - Sofa + cushions - Work desk + chair - Small dining table + 2 chairs - Fridge/freezer - kitchen with all cooking utensils - Blender - Gas stove - Storage space - Rice cooker - Room cleaning on requested - Clean sheets maximum 2x per week - Snorkel equipment - Outdoor seating The space You will be on the ground floor of a two story building which has four apartments in total (two on the first floor and two on the second floor). Guest access You may only access your room and walled garden. You will access the gate to your walled garden via a shared main entrance area. Other things to note Drinking water and cooking stove gas canister replacements are paid for by the guest, not the host. The cost is between 1 - 2 dollars for each refill. There is no extra charge for electricity or running water. No loud music or talking after 10pm. No dogs.
