Quiet 2-room apartment, in the canton of Lucerne

The well-kept, small apartment with garden view is located in the rear part of the owner's house. The separate entrance is only accessible via several steps. From the seating area outside in front of the apartment, you can enjoy a magnificent view over the landscape/Pilatus. One parking space is available in front of the house. Many great hiking and cycling trails in nature await you. Also by train you can reach with good connections..... Lucerne, Entlebuch, Berne, Zurich, Basel and many more. The space The apartment with a view of the garden is ideal for respectful guests who appreciate tranquility and a well-kept living space... without toddlers. In the well-equipped eat-in kitchen you will find everything for daily use......oil, vinegar, spices, flour, sugar, salt. Coffee maker with existing Kapseln.Grill/Backofen,Kühlschrank, toaster, kettle. Bed linen and towels for the bathroom are provided. Sofa bed in the living room and a double bed in the bedroom. An ironing board with iron is available. Guest access The seating in the garden in front of the apartment is available for the guests alone. Please note that you can only reach the apartment/garden via several steps. Not suitable for those with walking difficulties... Other things to note By car or train you can quickly travel in all directions. In the village of Egolzwil there is a restaurant and also a bakery/cafe....At the train station in Wauwil Coop and Denner. The lakeside resort in Sursee and a swimming pool in Nebikon are also within easy reach. From Wauwil train station it is about 20 minutes on foot, with a slight slope to the apartment. There is no bus connection to/from the train station. On arrival and departure, we will gladly pick you up/drop you off. It is advantageous.... if you arrive by car.
