The well-kept, small apartment with garden view is located in the rear part of the owner's house. The separate entrance is only accessible via several steps. From the seating area outside in front of the apartment, you can enjoy a magnificent view over the landscape/Pilatus. One parking space is available in front of the house. Many great hiking and cycling trails in nature await you. Also by train you can reach with good connections..... Lucerne, Entlebuch, Berne, Zurich, Basel and many more. The space The apartment with a view of the garden,is ideal for respectful guests who appreciate tranquility and a well-kept living. ...without infants. New: The entrance area at the garden gate is monitored with a camera. In the well-equipped kitchen-living room you will find everything for daily use......oil,vinegar,spices, flour,sugar,salt. Coffee machine with Kapseln.Grill/Backofen,Kühlschrank,Pfannen available, toaster, kettle and much more... Bed linens and bath towels are provided. There is a sofa bed in the living room and a double bed in the bedroom. Ironing board with iron is available. Guest access The seating area in the garden in front of the apartment is available exclusively for the guests. Please note that you can only reach the apartment/garden via several steps. Not suitable for those with walking difficulties... The entrance area at the garden gate is monitored by a camera. Other things to note By car or train, you can quickly travel in all directions. In the village of Egolzwil there is a restaurant and also a bakery/cafe... At the train station in Wauwil Coop, Denner and the Glasi Bistro. The Seebadi in Sursee and a swimming pool in Nebikon can also be reached in a short time. From Wauwil train station to the apartment, it is about 20 minutes on foot, with a slight incline. On arrival and departure, we will gladly pick you up/drop you off. It is an advantage if you arrive by car.
