Villa Magarìa, which in Sicilian dialect means "magic", is located a short walk from the sea and the suggestive Tower, a symbol of Manfria. The villa, surrounded by greenery and breathtaking views, is perfect for relaxing and spending your summer holidays in the typical Mediterranean atmosphere. The space The entrance to the Villa, furnished in perfect Mediterranean style, opens onto a large living room. The large windows seem to erase the boundaries with the outside and the gaze runs free both towards the horizon of the sea and towards the wonderful surrounding countryside. Wherever you are, the feeling always remains the same, that of a pleasant escape. Comfortably seated on the sofa, you can enjoy unique sunsets on the stretch of sea that embraces the entire coast between Gela and Licata. The kitchen, which communicates with the living room and the lunch area, is equipped with all the furniture and appliances and a comfortable snack counter for breakfast. The three spacious bedrooms, two double and one single with two beds, are very bright. From their large windows you can enjoy the view of the sea and the garden. A large wardrobe room allows guests to conveniently store their luggage. The house has two bathrooms with showers, complete with everything. Outside, there is the laundry room. The large outdoor spaces are furnished with tables, umbrellas, sofas, a large barbecue, a shower and deck chairs with a front-row view of the sea. The location of the Villa and the huge Mediterranean garden that surrounds it ensure privacy and confidentiality for our guests. The newly renovated house is equipped with all amenities. The colors, ceramics, and furnishings of the Villa will immediately immerse you in the Mediterranean atmosphere where you will always feel like you are on vacation. Guest access The villa is equipped with a private parking space. It enjoys a strategic position as it is located 300 meters from the sea. About 700 meters away there is a well-equipped beach with catering, bars and entertainment where enthusiasts can attend Kite courses. Just a five-minute drive from the Villa, there is a restaurant-pizzeria by the sea. The town of Gela is 11 km away, where you will find numerous places of cultural interest, entertainment, restaurants, cinemas, bars, shops, sports facilities and a beautiful promenade. 36 km away is Piazza Armerina, famous and recognized worldwide for the mosaics of the Villa Romana del Casale. Our Villa is located about 60 km from the beautiful valley of the temples of Agrigento. Just 50 minutes away is the baroque Ragusa and 50 km away is Caltagirone, the city of ceramics. The wonderful cities of Palermo and Taormina are also easily accessible. Comiso Airport is about 50 km away, while Catania Airport is about 110 km away. Other things to note Manfria beach is one of the most important areas for kite and windsurfing enthusiasts.
