Washing machine detergent, Cooking Oil, Spices / Masalas, etc are to be organized by the guests themselves. Rental Inclusions: * Fully equipped Kitchen with all basic appliances (Microwave, Gas Stove, Mixer Grinder, Refrigerator, Toaster, Electric kettle and RO Water Purifier), cookware and serveware. * Fresh Linen (including bedsheets, bath & face towels) will be provided at the time of check-in and every fourth day. * Daily Housekeeping is provided once a day at a fixed time. (includes Dusting, Brooming, Mopping and Dishes) * Free Wi-Fi and DTH Service * 60 Units of complementary electricity will provided every day for booking less than 14 nights, extra units will be charged ₹ 10 per unit. * Toiletries - Shower Gel, Shampoo, Hand Wash, Hand Towels, Bath Towels, Hair dryer and Tissue Rolls. * Washing Machine detergent to be arranged by guest. Meals & Dining: Home delivery of food can easily be ordered in by the guests staying at our condo from various delivery restaurants in the vicinity, ranging from cuisines like Asian, Indian, Italian, Continental, Fast Food, Korean, Japanese, etc. Home delivery of food can also be ordered using Swiggy and Zomato apps, which can bring your favorite food to our place, within minutes. Grocery & Medicine Delivery: * Groceries and medicines can be easily ordered in for doorstep delivery through various delivery apps. * A supermarket, pharmacy and organic vegetables and fruit store is located outside the complex. They can also deliver groceries to the house. Cab facilities like Uber, Ola, Meru and many other services can be called within 5 minutes at any time of the day or night. *Pets are strictly not allowed at the apartment. Our Guests will have access to 3 bedrooms. The fourth room stays locked with owner's belongings. There are some wardrobes which have been kept locked, as they have the owners personal belongings. A total of 6 wardrobes are available for the guests in the house. Our guests can enjoy taking walks around the complex and are most welcome to relish the beautiful landscape around. Please Note: There is no provision for access to the clubhouse / tennis courts/swimming pool or gym. These facilities are for permanent residents only, and we do not have membership for the same. We request our guests strictly not to go to these areas. Other things to note * Our property follows Occupancy based pricing to cater to small to mid size families. This has been done by us enable smaller groups (4 guests) to also be able to enjoy the property at an affordable rate. In case of a booking for 4 guests (2 Bedrooms will be prepared for 4 guests on double occupancy, and rest 2 bedrooms shall stay locked/inaccessible). We do not rent room wise so unused rooms will not be rented to any other guest. In case a booking needs to be made for 4 guests on single occupancy (i.e. all 4 bedrooms to be made accessible to guest, additional charges will apply). * This is a private home, and not a hotel. Please do not expect hotel kind of services at the property. We focus on cleanliness, good quality well maintained linen, and homely comfort for our guests. * This property is part of a residential apartment complex, which has certain rules pertaining to loud music / cordial neighborhood relations, which our guests would be expected to maintain. * The complex requires security clearances, and relevant documentation like ID Proof's etc will be required to be submitted to the building control office. We will be requesting our guests for the required documentation at or before check in.
