Beautiful King size room in a lovely neighbourhood

My house located in a nice quiet, safe area with 3 mins drive to Limerick Golf Club, 8 mins to Ballyneety Golf Club, 10 mins drive to Raheen Business park, Regional hospital and less than 15 mins drive to Limerick city. Around 20 mins from University of Limerick. Adare is about 15 mins drive away. The guest room is a good size room with king size bed. Bathroom next door to the bedroom. A car is essential for travelling as no public transport pass my house. The space The house is located in a very quiet area close to Limerick city. Easy access to city. Guest access Guest bedroom, Kitchen and bathroom. During your stay I am working full time but will be around to help if needed. Other things to note I have a dog and a cat living with us.
