Nestled in the heart of the vibrant Italian Village, this brand new recently renovated private one bedroom Carriage House is ready for your arrival. Just two blocks from the Short North Arts District and walking distance to the Columbus Convention Center, the North Market, Downtown, The Ohio State University as well as many great restaurants, shopping, nightlife, breweries and much more! Licensed with the city 20191176 The Italian Village Carriage House is a brand new recently renovated private one bedroom 850 sq. ft. Carriage House which is separate from the main home. The Carriage House offers its own private entryway, spacious and luxurious accommodations with a gourmet kitchen with top of the line appliances, a king size bed, Wi-Fi, washer & dryer and all the comforts you’ll need for your stay here in Columbus, Ohio. Also enjoy a morning coffee sitting outside on the patio of the main property enjoying the private well-manicured oasis nestled in the hustle and bustle of the big city of C-Bus! Guest(s) can access the Italian Village Carriage House via the front gate of the home or via the back gate of the home. The Carriage House offers free off street parking or can be provided a guest pass to park free on North 4th Street during their stay. Guest(s) will be given a private access code prior to their arrival which will provide them keys to enter the gated yard and private entryway to the Carriage House. We do provide a self check-in process, however, we do live in the main home on the property and can provide assistance if needed. The Italian Village Carriage House offers a walk score of 90 which makes its location perfect if you’re wanting to park the car and forget about it, or if you’re flying in and taking the COTA Air Connect (see further notes below) you’ll easily be able to use public transportation during your stay. Location is key and the Italian Village Carriage House is close to amazing restaurants, shopping, parks, coffee shops, great breweries and much more. • Walking distance to: o C-BUS Circulator stop – Free COTA Bus that runs every 10 to 15 minutes traveling to/from Short North Arts District / Downtown / German Village / Brewery District o Air Connect – COTA Bus that runs every 30 minutes (6 AM- 9 PM 7 days a week) connecting CMH to Downtown for $2.75 per ride. Get off at stop # 12 (Le Meridien, The Joseph) and easily walk to the Italian Village Carriage House in about 5 / 10 minutes. o The Ohio State University o Short North Arts District o Downtown o Convention Center o North Market o Arena District o COGO Bike Share stations • Driving distance to: o Easton for great shopping and great food < 15 minutes o CMH Airport < 15 minutes o Nationwide Children’s Hospital < 10 minutes o Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center < 10 o Easy access to I-71, I-670, I-315, I-70 Disclaimers: • The Italian Village Carriage House: o Dose have an alarm system, therefore, during your stay please leave the system off o Does have exterior security cameras for security purposes o All guests must be accounted for in the booking. Additional un-paid guests at the property are prohibited unless approved by the Host prior to check-in. o Strict maximum of 2 guests. o Loud and obnoxious behavior will not be tolerated and guests will be asked to leave if such behavior is noticed. We respect our neighbors and do not want to bother them. o Early check-in (1 hour before 3 PM) OR late check-out (1 hour after 11 AM) will be an additional $35 and must be approved by the Host prior to check-in. The Italian Village Carriage House is located in the heart of the village and offers many great amenities that are easily accessible by walking or by taking one of the cities transportation options (COTA Air Connect, C-Bus Circulator, COGO Bike sharing, Lime or Bird Scooters, Lyft or Uber).
