Close Enough is an apartment with two bedrooms. Common area consists of kitchen, living room with tv and DVD player, laundry room, and bathroom. First bedroom: queen bed. Second bedroom: two twin beds. Comfortable with 4 guests. There is an additional fee for any more than 4 guests. There is an outside shower under the stairs. There is parking in the driveway for one vehicle. 15 minutes from Wrightsville Beach/downtown Wilmington. Age requirement: 25 & over The space The apartment is directly adjacent to the owners main home. The listing includes what is described and shown in the pictures. No adjacent property or amenities are included. Guest access The guests have access to the whole apartment along with the outside shower underneath the steps. Guest do not have access to the adjacent amenities outside for the other property including backyard area and basketball court. Other things to note Age requirement: 25 & over Only one parking spot available in driveway. Outside shower. Small safe for personal items.
