The ground floor flat is modern,airy &spacious with 2 ensuite bedrooms with double beds & AC's.There is an open plan kitchen & living room.Restaurants & shops about 5 mins walk from the house or 5 minutes drive to Accra Mall with a supermarket, vodaphone &bureau de change. The space Its a place for you to relax and be at home. A quiet residential area with all that Accra has to offer nearby. Its an oasis of tranquility. You can relax at home and catch up on Netflix or live it up in city centre at the 1001 nightclubs/ restaurants etc. Accra mall which has over 50 shops to include supermarkets,foreign exchange ,pharmacies and mobile phone shops is a 5 mins drive or 20-30 minutes walk.There are local farmers nearby with organic vegetables and herbs.The botanical gardens of legon are within reach and it’s highly recommended. It's easily accessible and you can navigate your way to the city centre by uber or public transport. There is security on site 24 hours. Guest access There are 5 flats in the block and you will have access to the communal areas. Free parking on the premises. Other things to note Unfortunately due to some of our guests leaving the A/C's on 24/7 and the high cost of living we have placed a cap on electricity which will not affect the majority of our guests. This is a fair method not to increase the price for all. Please note you would be expected to pay for additional electricity costs once you exceed the cap. From 1st April 2025 ,the cap for electricity is $5 a day ($150 month)which is at least 4x higher than the average monthly amount of $40 in Ghana,£70 in the UK and $80 in the USA. Please always switch off the AC' s and water heater when you leave the property. The functionality will be less effective when left on continuously and will break down causing inconvenience to you.
