Country house close to the sea

Our house is located in the countryside and it's very close to the sea (Gulf of Asinara). It is spacious and cool in the summer, with two terraces (one West and one East) and a cool veranda (porch) attached to one side of the house, where you can rest and eat in the warm season. You'll love awakenings and relaxing breakfasts surrounded by nature. The house is surrounded by a big flowering garden with a little pinewood, palms and oleanders. All the windows are provided with mosquito nets. The space It's a two-storey house, with a wide living-room with a fireplace, a full equipped kitchenette with oven and induction cooktop, three bedrooms with air-conditioning and two bathrooms (one in each floor). At guests' disposal: TV, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, hairdryer, steam iron, towels and linen, toys and books for children. The house can host up to 6-7 guests. Bedroom 1: double bed + baby bed (crib); Bedroom 2: double bed; Bedroom 3: two single beds (one of them is a foldable bed with memory foam mattress, very comfortable) Guest access The entire house, including the veranda and the garden, are at guests' disposal Other things to note There are houses all around but not so close, so that noises are not a problem. Our house is kids friendly :-) It's very well equipped for children. Our boy has grown up, so I've recently taken a lot of things to my country house, such as a baby bed, suitable for children up to 2-3 years, strollers for any age, pram stroller with bassinet, high chair and child seats, a bouncer (rocker), a breastfeeding pillow, a bathtub for babies, and, of course, a lot of toys, both for newborns and for kids. Please ask for them before your arrival, so I can make all this stuff available to you. In the garden there are also a table tennis table, a basketball hoop (various heights), a net, adjustable for tennis or volleyball, balls and rackets, kids bycicles and a see-saw. As for safety, there is a spiral staircase from ground floor and first floor but if you want I can put baby gates if you need. Unfortunately, the house is not accessible to people with mobility issues. The garden is very silent and safe. There are also gates at the windows and at the balcony doors.
