La Longère in Lamballe

Welcome to La Longère! The La Longère gîte, with a capacity of 4 people, is located in an old Breton farm near the city center of Lamballe, a pretty town between land and sea in the Côtes d'Armor. The name "La Longère" refers to the building, 52 meters long, in which the cottage is located. It has been occupied by our family for 3 generations and we have many memories there that are precious to us. The space The La Longère vacation rental was restored in 2017/2018 and is located on a large plot with private garden. The house is equipped with every comfort and the atmosphere is warm. Ideal for 2 couples or a family of 4 (plus a baby). The house has on the ground floor: - dining room, - living room, - kitchen, - toilet. Upstairs: - two spacious bedrooms, - bathroom (walk-in shower, toilet). You are in a quiet area while being close to the town of Lamballe. The location of the farmhouse is ideal for visiting the area. Indeed, you are 15 minutes from Pléneuf-Val-André, 25 minutes from Cap Fréhel, 30 minutes from Dinan, 50 minutes from Saint-Malo, the pink granite coast and the island of Bréhat. Daniel and Marja Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property with a private garden equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue. Other things to note The nearest supermarket is 500 m from the vacation rental. A basket filled with wood is offered for the stove. (The cottage has electric heating) The price includes: sheets, bath towels and housekeeping service (except for stays of 30 days or longer).
