With PLENTY of room for your entire family (and pets!) in this 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath home, you will find everything you need! Less than 15 minutes to public beaches and downtown St. Joe, and less than 20 minutes to wine country, your location doesn't get better than this. The space We host groups of all ages, but our sweet spot is hosting families with babies, toddlers, and children. Traveling with kids is no longer stressful when you stay at The Green House. We go above and beyond for your little ones. Here's how: • 2 of the bedrooms have standard cribs, hooks above cribs for baby monitors (monitors not provided), and changing tables and diaper genies (upon request). • Nursing mom? We've thought of you, too! In each crib room, there is a rocking chair, table, and outlet (for those late night pumps). • Our hallway guest bathroom has 2 child stools and 2 low level mirrors for the little ones who are counter height. Our bathtub is also slighly lower than the average tub, making bathing your little ones much easier! • One of our most prized possessions is the main-level playroom. Adjacent to the kitchen and front living room, your kids can play in sight while you cook dinner, catch up on some Netflix, or work at our desk space. • We don't stop at just providing the toys: we personalize your kids' "Play-n-Stay" experience! About a week prior to your stay, we'll send you a questionnaire to gather basic information from you (childrens' ages, gender, toy preferences, etc.) and we'll prepare the toy room for your kids the best that we can! Bringing a 6 month old? We'll remove all choking hazards! 7 year old? We can accommodate them, too! The more info, the better! • A fully-fenced backyard makes it safe for not just pets, by for your children, too! We know first-hand how difficult traveling with little ones can be, that's why we've put so much thought and planning into our family hosting experience. Let us be your go-to summer home! Other things to note Please note: • Pet policy: We love hosting dogs, and our fully fenced backyard makes it perfect for your pups. Well behaved dogs are allowed, but please no cats due to allergies. We have a large dog bed to use if you wish. If you have any more specific questions, please reach out to us! • We know that the summer months bring about the best gatherings and celebrations, but because this is our primary home, we do not allow large gatherings, unapproved guests/visitors, wedding parties, or bachelor/bachelorette parties.
