"Villa Düne" for 2-5 people

Villa "Düne" is suitable for families, groups, business travelers and craftsmen. Schacht-Audorf is located on the south bank of the Kiel Canal opposite the city of Rendsburg in the center of Schleswig-Holstein between the North and Baltic Sea. There is a good transport connection due to the proximity of the A7 and A210 to Kiel, Flensburg, Neumünster and Hamburg. You can reach the beach of the Baltic Sea via the Rader high bridge to Eckernförde. You can reach the North Sea through the canal tunnel towards Dithmarschen. The space You will stay independently in a well-kept, non-smoking family house with spacious garden, covered terrace and double carport in a quiet cul-de-sac location, with a short walk and bike path to the Kiel Canal. A staircase leads to the first floor, where there are: 1 bedroom with 2 wardrobes, cozy living-dining room with TV and access to the terrace & garden, very well equipped kitchen, bathroom with double sink, toilet and shower tub, utility room with washing machine, etc. Upstairs, 2 spacious bedrooms lead off from the hallway. Space for storing bicycles is available. On site there are shops, a pharmacy, doctors, a restaurant and a snack bar. Also a swimming lake and playgrounds. If you are missing something, please contact us and we will do our best to find a solution. Guest access The basement has a separate entrance and is not available to guests. There is a garden house on the property with utensils for maintaining the garden. Access to the garden house is not desired. Parents are liable for their children.
