The space My home is modern and minimalistic with a great artsy vibe and is a museum of my artworks. It's a duplex, with 3 bedrooms, one of which I live in, a well equipped kitchen, a living area and a dining area. 2 bedrooms in the same premises are listed. We have a queen size bed with a good mattress, extra pillows and blankets, a bedside table, and wardrobe. There is a ceiling fan and an Air Conditioner. UTILITIES: If you prefer to cook, my home offers you a well equipped kitchen with all the cooking amenities including a refridgerator, 5 burner gas, a toaster, a blender, utensils and Tableware. You can use the washing machine at Rs. 200/- per load. LOCATION: We are strategically located in Koramangala, a stone's throw away from cafes restaurants and some of the best watering holes in town. SAFETY: Koramangala is one of the safest neighbourhoods of Bangalore. My street is monitored through CC TVs. TRANSPORT: Rent a cycle Rent a bike Rent a car We do have public buses and a metro rail system too. Cabs and auto rickshaws are available 24/7 . FOOD: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner is not included. We can arrange for home cooked meals from outside if you prefer. Lastly, if you need anything please don't hesitate to ask! Guest access Living area, Dining area and Kitchen. Few things to be noted before I accept your booking: I have a Labrador breed dog named Kanmani in the house and is in my bedroom if I am not around. When I am around the dog is free to access the shared spaces. Guests have to provide a valid Government ID prior to their arrival. We will need the guest’s confirmation that they have gone through our listing details very carefully and are fully aware about the place, house rules, guest access and restrictions. Kindly confirm on all of these and let me know if you have any more queries. During your stay As you see fit. If you prefer to be left alone, so it shall be. If you need any help, just holler. I will lead the trail. And there are days I might not be available. Other things to note Please note the following. In the event of loss of the main door key, a charge of Rs. 4500/- shall be levied to replace the lock. A spare key will not ensure safety of the premises. In the event of loss of the bedroom key, a charge of Rs. 2700/- will be levied. Free WiFi is provided. While we have back up for lights and fans, there is no back up for geysers, refrigerator and kettles. Please be sure to turn off all lights, fans, geysers before leaving the room lest the battery drains. Conserve electricity and water. No loud music entertained. There are times I may not be present in the house but do treat this as your own home. Guests are requested to furnish a copy of Govt issued Photo ID with address proof upon entry.
