Private Room in an early 19th century house fully renovated in 2018 located in the heart of the historical center of Faro. The space The bedroom features a double bed and there is a window with views to a lovely street surrounded by buildings of the same age. WiFi provided and TV in the living-room (please keep volume low to respect other guests). The bathroom and living-room might be shared with 2 other guests (as there is another bedroom in the apartment). Please be aware that the kitchen is off limits and no meals at the house, please. We apologize for the inconvenience. Our property is located 400 m from the bus terminal (buses to/from other towns of the region and the country and also to/from Faro's airport) and 550 m from the train station. Guest access Guests will have access to the bedroom and to a bathroom and living room with big window facing the old street. During your stay Laura was born in Faro, just a couple hundred of meters from the property and Ricardo has been living in Algarve for 20 years. Our knowledge of the town, the region and the country is at the disposal of our guests. Other things to note Heating is only available in the bedroom and in the bathroom. Only the booking guests are allowed in the property. No visits, please. Please remember to keep all shared spaces clean and tidy to respect others guests. According to Portuguese law, passport or ID card data of all guests must be provided upon arrival as such data has to be submitted to the Foreign Police (SEF). Our home is located in a hot climate with specific wildlife. Depending on the time of year and weather conditions, guests may encounter mosquitoes, gnats, lovebugs or other bugs. While we use regular pest control services, we are unable to offer guarantees against or refunds for the occasional bug that may make it inside.
