Your family can enjoy time together...whether it’s during the holidays or a “meet in the middle” location to catch up, be still, & enjoy each other for a bit ~Perfect when you are in town for anything! ⭐️If you are here with a group for the HP Market please let me know what you require before you arrive. ie. lighting etc. If you have detailed questions please ask beforehand so everything is transparent. The driveway is long & wide & allows at least 3 cars to be parked at any given time. Parking in front of the house & driveway only. There are 4 distinct bedrooms....2 en suite bedrooms one king & one with a queen bed located in different sections of the house...2 additional bedrooms one with a queen sized bed, the one off of the main hallway & the other in the front eastern side of the home with a queen bed. 2 full baths & a 1/2 bath This home is private if you are searching for space together but also desire an area to yourself. The BoHo/French country kitchen has a delightful feel which features fabulous lighting. A common area has comfy seating with a nice large smart TV with free 500 speed WIFI. The dining room has a beautiful glass table that seats 6 but extra chairs can be added.. Throughout the home, you will see photography by a local NY/NC based photographer, artwork & furniture made local. **A Few Points of Interest by car” Cone Health 6 min. Wesley Long Hospital 4 min. Koury Convention Center 7 min. PTI Airport 12 min. Guest access You are welcome to use the entire house & backyard. Remember we have neighbors right next door so mindfulness is necessary. No smoking inside of the house of any kind (fees are charged) No parties as this is a quiet neighborhood GSO quiet hours enforced 10pm-7am Other things to note We appreciate your mindfulness in advance to keep our property in great shape. This is a very cozy home which lends itself to relaxation & respite. The large east facing bedroom can also be used for yoga/exercise/or general stretching... equipped with yoga mat, fit ball & TV. This room also has a really cool sun tube which has a prism effect throughout the room. This stretching space is hard to find at most Airbnb locations. ⏰ Check-In & Check-Out • Check-in: 4:00 PM • Check-out: 11:00 AM Need extra time? Early check-in or late check-out may be possible with advance notice. A $25/hour fee applies for any approved early arrival or late departure. Please message me so I can coordinate with our cleaning team. 📸 Photoshoots If you’re using the space for a photoshoot, this still counts as a reservation—even if it’s just for a few hours. 👥 Important Guest Info • Please share the entire listing with everyone in your group so they’re aware of the house rules, parking info, and keyless entry codes. • Only registered guests are allowed to stay. • No parties, drugs, or smoking.
