The area is rural and quiet. The property is not fully fenced in. SORRY NO CATS Dog Friendly - Dog should be house trained, no fleas, and up to date on all vacations. One level, attached garage. 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathrooms, living room has a pullout couch and a futon bed, Full Kitchen, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, crockpot, dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, washer, dryer, dishes, extra pillows and blankets. We supply 2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom, along with a mini bar of soap, shampoo/conditioner combo, dish soap, 1 dish pods, 1 laundry pod, 1 roll of paper towels. There is coffee and condiments. There's a firepit, a grill (gas and Charcoal), access for cleaning fish and other hunting during the appropriate season. Plenty of parking space for a boat or trailer. Please no parking in the yard if wet/muddy. NO CATS. Dog Friendly *We ask for your dog to be house trained and all vaccinations up to date. Please let us know if you are bringing a pet. Please kennel your pet when your not in the house. There is a small pond. Not a stocked pond, but you might catch a fish, just for fun. Guest access Covered Patio/deck Small pond You may walk around the property. During the peak hunting season, we ask that you not walk past/off the gravel. This time is October-April. Close the garage door at night and when you leave Our home is 17 miles from the closest grocery store. This is a rural area. Our local Walmart has pick-up service. It is located in Benton, Il. No one delivers this far out. Due to the metal roof the cell phone service may be spotty. The WiFi works good. The water is safe to drink. It is city water.
