The space This 33sqm studio is located on the 3rd floor of the newest building ~ Building C. You'll have the whole place to yourself and the space can accommodate up to 4 persons ~2 persons on the main bed and 2 persons on the pull out bed. The unit is right next to the fire exit or stairs. Guest access Guests can access the pool for free up to 4 persons including kids. Pool Hours Fri-Sun: 8AM to 10:30PM Mon-Thu: 8AM to 9:30PM *Pool may be closed w/o prior notice from the condo management for maintenance purposes. Other things to note 1. The cleaning fee covers basic cleaning services and make sure the unit is clean upon guests’ check-in. Please treat the space the way you'd like others to treat yours. 2. Only the main bed will be prepared for guests who booked 1 or 2 guests. 3. Please note that this is not a hotel but a private residential condo unit that is being shared with you. Treat the place as you would when staying overnight in a friend or relatives place. Don’t leave a mess. I kindly ask you to clean and put away any dishes or kitchenware used and dispose of your garbage upon leaving. The garbage/refuse room can be found on the left side of the elevator. 4. Please don’t bring with you anything that's there or I own (example but not limited to utensils, towels & linens) when you leave the place. 5. Please be responsible enough to report any loss, breakage/damage, stains caused and pay for the damage/replacement and cost of stain removal. 6. CHECK-IN: 3PM onwards To have an ample time for cleaning. 7. CHECK-OUT: 11AM. *Early check in and late check out are subject to availability and add'l charge (100/hour). Kindly check my AirBnb calendar before requesting/inquiring for an early check in or check out. If there are no guests before or after your arrival, I allow early check in/check out as long as there's no last minute booking.
