Newly renovated villa with large patio and 3 bedrooms.

Welcome to this 120 sqm villa in nice Frennarp, Halmstad. About 7 minutes by bike into the city center, or 5 minutes by bus that goes just outside. There are three separate bedrooms, newly renovated kitchen and bathroom (with bathtub) as well as a large and spacious patio with barbecue and lounge. A cat lives here every day! Of course not during your stay, but even if it is cleaned upon your arrival, we would still like to inform you in case someone is allergic! Other things to note We have a cat. The cat wont be in the house during our guest stay and of course the house is cleaned, but still important info for those whom are very sensitive or allergic.
