The space Diamond cottage is an old farmhouse in natural stone, now finely restored and tastefully furnished and very well equipped on two floors with kitchen, dining room and living room, patio, 4 double bedrooms with private bathroom and A/C + an extra bed / sofa in the living room with independent bathroom + possible added sofa bed, with the possibility of hosting up to 9 people (11 p. with third added bed). In the sunny terraces at the front of the farmhouse a private swimming pool has been created for guests which, like the house, enjoys a magnificent view of Spoleto. Adjacent to the south gate of VILLA PIANCIANI and part of the property of TENUTA PIANCIANI, the Casale/cottage is located among the olive trees on a terraced land of about 10 hectares, with fruit trees and broadleaf trees. Access to the Casale/cottage is independent from the Villa. The farmhouse has a surface area of 140 square meters on two floors and a private swimming pool. The rooms are tastefully furnished in a rustic style with some antique furniture and there is a working fireplace and gas central heating and air conditioning in all the bedrooms. Normally the minimum stay is one week, depending on availability it is possible to book for shorter periods (minimum 3 days). It can accommodate up to 8/9 people, which become 10 + 1 child with the third bed. The farmhouse has 4 double/twin bedrooms with private bathroom, 2 living rooms with sofa bed, 5 bathrooms in total, 3 dining areas (living room, kitchen and outdoor patio) and a kitchen equipped with dishwasher, oven, fridge with freezer, toaster, kettle, hob with 5 burners. Washing machine, TV, free WI-FI, barbecue, garden furniture, outdoor shower and ping-pong table are also available.
