This is a gorgeous 4 bedroom home with a sparkling pool and spa (not a jacuzzi, cannot be heated, and no pool lights) in backyard! Well upgraded and less than 5 miles from the timeless excitement and endless attractions that The Strip has to offer! Amenities such as private backyard pool, High Speed Wi-Fi, pool table, HDTVs, etc! Plenty of desk space for any work that needs to be done! This is THE home to stay in! Guest access Keyless checkin-in and check-out, veeery easy accessibility! Other things to note Policies: - PLEASE READ AND AGREE TO ALL HOUSE RULES - No smoking inside of the home. - No pets allowed - No events, parties or large gatherings - Garage not available.
