It is safe to play in the grounds and the lane separating the 'village' is so quiet with chickens and cats crossing as much as cars and motorbikes. In other words just a little traffic. It is a very quiet street for a big Thai city. If you arrive late at night it is a quite dark for some people but not to worry as it is a safe and quiet area. It is like a Thai country village. The neighbours are wonderful, relaxed, respectful and very helpful.
