Our home is a 3 bedroom townhouse newly built in Ebbsfleet Garden City. 15 min walk to Ebbsfleet Int, trains to St Pancras/Kings Cross (17 mins). 10 mins from Bluewater Shopping Centre & Darenth Valley Hospital. Private parking. Decorated stylishly and with comfort in mind, the house has 2 lounges. The space 2 double bedrooms available to rent, with a family bathroom available to use. As I have 2 rooms available on Air B&B , depending on who has booked, you may be sharing the family bathroom. The house is a newly built townhouse, so you could potentially have a whole floor to yourself, bedroom, bathroom & sitting room. Gorgeous south-facing garden, with a comfortable seating area. Short 5 minute walk from a coffee shop, COOP and a beautiful lake. 15 min walk to the station, 10 mins to Bluewater (buses available) and 10 mins to Darenth Valley. 11 minutes to Stratford international. 16 minutes train to St Pancras International London. Beautiful white company linen, to make your stay as comfortable and restful as possible. My dog lives on the ground floor so you won’t be disturbed. Fastest possible broadband. Fan and Hair Dryer available. I am very happy for guests to use the kitchen, we'll just discuss a time/rota on your arrival that works for everyone. Other things to note I have a dog, who lives downstairs. And we have a camera in the kitchen for the dog. I would prefer it if you took shoes off to go upstairs please and I’m afraid no food upstairs only in kitchen.
