I have spent a lot of time & money upgrading my home with an open floorplan which includes a gorgeous kitchen with stainless steel appliances & a HUGE wrap-around granite countertop providing lots of counter space and a great breakfast bar perfect for serving & entertaining. The apartment has real hard wood floors in living room, dining room & master bedroom, and high-end lush carpet in the guest room. The apartment also boasts a HUGE 80" flat screen TV in the living room, complete with surround sound perfect for an amazing movie night, as well as TV’s in each bedroom. We have AT&T Uverse service with all the cable channels you can think of, plus Netflix via Roku and high speed WiFi Internet. Further, both bathrooms have been completely remodeled. The master bath has a glass enclosed walk-in shower and beautiful double sink vanity and the second bath has a tub / shower with a very modern European style sink. The apartment overlooks the pool & lake which is located directly behind the building. You'll get beautifully tranquil views from the balcony with 2 sliding glass doors. All doors & windows are hurricane impact glass for the utmost quiet environment & safety when closed. ** Guests will be required to sign for minimum 30 days and be screened by condo association for criminal background check thru tenantev. Fast approval! This is the same type of application & screening you would be required to go thru if renting thru a real estate broker and is the only way our association will allow rentals thru Airbnb.
