Riverview Farmhouse Flat at Dalachy Farm is completely self contained and set on the ground floor of our traditional stone built characterful farmhouse. With an extensive garden and spectacular views over the Firth of Forth. Broadband Wifi included Living Room with Dining and Kitchen area has French doors opening on to the garden. Bedroom 1 - Either a Super King size bed OR Twin beds. Bedroom 2 - is a Twin bedded room. Bathroom with over-bath electric shower, toilet, hand basin and shaver point. There is one step up to the toilet and bath area. Second toilet with washbasin. Travel cot with mattress and high chair available. Extensive garden with table and chairs, BBQ, grass play area for football and other games, washing green. Also a small wooded area where the fairies have a garden Panoramic views over the garden and River Forth towards Edinburgh. On family run working farm with beef cattle, sheep and various crops. May be farm noises... Scenic walks from the doorstep ABERDOUR -picturesque and historical village only 1.5 miles and 5 mins. by car - castle, harbour, beaches, pubs, coffee shops, walks, railway station, tennis, lawn bowls and golf. Edinburgh our beautiful capital is only 35 minutes by train over the iconic Forth Rail Bridge. Here we are Ideally central for St Andrews, Perth and Stirling all 45 minutes journey by car. There is plenty in this area to keep the family entertained for at least two weeks with history, sports, shopping and visitor attractions aplenty. Guest access CAR is essential. There are three free parking places right beside the accommodation. (A car is essential to stay here because we are not always be available to give lifts.) Aberdour village (5 min) has a free car park beside the train station which is handy for exploring and catching the train over to Edinburgh. Burntisland town (5 min) has free car parking along the High Street and at The Links Car Park great for exploring and shopping. TRAINS From Aberdour station are usually every half hour during the week and hourly on Sundays to Edinburgh over the iconic Forth Rail Bridge, an epic journey!
