This lovely casita is actually located in La Misión which is conveniently located almost exactly 1/2 way between Rosarito and Ensenada, and close to Valle Guadalupe. The walk to the beach access is not far and the views are wonderful. Sit in mature succulent and cactus gardens (with umbrella available), and enjoy views of mountains, a fresh water estuary and ocean. This is a rural country town with a relaxing atmosphere, not appropriate for loud music n parties, if you can hear the music outside, it’s too loud. Inside the studio everything you could need for a weekend get away. **High speed Wifi is available most of the time. **No TV in suite, you can bring your own lap top for streaming or tablet or Bluetooth speaker or a good book. **Any damages to property will be charged to the guest. **Approximately 400sq ft The entire studio is yours and includes amenities for a quiet weekend get away for two. This is not a hotel but a home so please respect it as such. If music can be heard outside the casita, it’s too loud. PARKING: There are 3 options for parking as Private driveway is a little steep but not a problem for guest use. There is parking below driveway and you can walk up a slight hill to studio if you prefer. Guest will need to communicate with host off of the air bnb app as this is a private community and the air bnb pin/links are not exact. Host needs to send guest links, videos, and all check in information via cell text, not air bnb app. Host reserves the right to cancel any reservation if guest does not communicate off the app as requested above. Host lives on separate area of the property and maintains guest privacy at all times. Host is not responsible for items left in the home by the guest upon departure. Perfect location in between Rosarito and Ensenada as well as the Valle Guadalupe, which is famous for wine tasting, vineyards, great food. Within walking distance you can rent Kayaks and easily cruise along the beautiful fresh water estuary, or walk to lovely La Mission Beach, rent horses to ride on the beach or estuary, surf, hike or off road bicycle the mountains and trails, all within this lovely community. If you are a golfer drive 5 minutes to beautiful BAJAMAR golf course- on the ocean. Also you can drive your own vehicle or rent taxi or Uber to wine tasting country in Valle Guadalupe, or the interesting cities of Ensenada about 30 minutes south or Rosarito about 20 minutes north. This location is centrally located in a rural community and ideal for a weekend get away as you are only 20 minutes south of Rosarito , 10 minutes south of famous lobster village Puerto Nuevo and only 30 minutes north of Ensenada, as well as about 30 minutes from famous wine tasting and food in Valle Guadalupe. Locally there is kayaking, horse back riding on the beach, surfing, beach access, off road biking and hiking, surfing , golfing at Bajamar and many fabulous restaurants.
