This very comfortable, carefully decorated cottage combines modernity and tradition. Ideal to unwind, enjoy the quietness of the countryside, forget the routine, stress. Beds ready, provisions... Wine tourism, heritage discovery, hiking, lazing, swimming in the sea, river or pool (June/September), it's up to you. The space This house surrounded by its large enclosed garden and large trees, will seduce you with the calm and serenity that reign there. Equipped with large windows and shutters, it is bright and perfectly insulated. Access is through an independent entrance, directly from the pine-lined path, where you can park your vehicle. The large living room with TV and wifi, has a well-separated dining area. Access to the rooms and amenities is via a corridor closed by a door. An ergonomic workspace is installed in front of the window of the 2-bed room. Fiber wifi connection, sit/stand desk and stool adjustable to the height you like, lamp and support for your phone have been designed for your comfort. The contemporary kitchen is over-equipped: ceramic hob, oven and microwave, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, electric coffee maker. The washing machine has been moved with a drying rack into the old garage. The master bedroom is equipped with a 160 x 200 bed, very comfortable. We provide linens (sheets, towels, table linen). In the garden, fully enclosed, where a pet can stay free, you will have a barbecue, deckchairs, table and chairs. Upon request, we can provide you with the necessary equipment for your young children. The Pool: The pool is shared between our family and our two gites and is in a fenced area, away from your gite, in the estate park, overlooking the surrounding countryside. It is unsupervised, its access is under your entire responsibility. The pool is open from 9:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2:30 p.m. to 6 p.m. Minor children cannot access the pool area without their parents, and it is exclusively reserved for people residing on the estate. The pool area is off limits to pets. Guest access Thank you for letting us know your arrival time, so we can accommodate you. The house will be welcoming, your beds will be made and the linen will be at your disposal. Other things to note Baby and toddler equipment available upon request. We will do our best to accommodate your requests.
