Living room, kitchen, and outdoor areas (deck, balcony) are all accessible on the main level are shared spaces. Host lives upstairs on private third floor - with five year old son on most weekends. The third floor is self sufficient so you will likely only see host in passing as there is a shared entrance / staircase in the home. Guests can access all of main level, including living room, kitchen, deck/patio in rear, outdoor hot tub, and balcony in front. Barbecue Grill in back for shared use.
