In a building without a lift, the flat is located on the ground floor. As you can see in the photos, the studio consists of an open-plan space with: - Living-dining room area with sofa and TV. - An equipped kitchen. - An interior patio with furniture for two. - A double bed of 135 folding into the wardrobe. - A complete bathroom with shower. Right in the center, it allows you to walk to the Triana neighbourhood, to the Alameda de Hércules or to take a city bus to the other neighbourhoods... The space This bright and cosy 28m2 studio is located in Seville. It is located 5 minutes walk from the bus station Plaza de Armas. Very close to the historic city centre, where you will find a large number of shops and the most important tourist attractions of Seville (La Giralda, the Cathedral, the Real Alcázar, the Torre del Oro, etc.). With capacity for up to 2 guests, here you will find everything you need for an unbeatable stay. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property. Towels, bed linen and hand soap are provided. The kitchen is equipped according to the list of services, please do not hesitate to ask us any questions you may have. The studio is air conditioned by a centralised system controlled by a thermostat located between the bathroom door and the kitchen. The studio has underfloor heating. The hot water is supplied by an 80 litre electric water heater: it is important to know because it can run out and then you have to wait for the water heater to be refilled. Parking on the street is free and free of charge. The closest car park to the flat is Parking Cl Torneo: C. San Laureano, 4, 41002 Sevilla. Other things to note If you are arriving after 20h00, please read the house rules carefully so that we can organise your arrival. :) Legal registration of travellers according to Decree 1513/1959, Decree 450/1975 and Royal Decree 933/2021. For legal reasons, we need the identification details of all travellers. This will only be requested for confirmed bookings, a few days before arrival.
