South Brighton home with a View

Welcome to our new self contained, warm (well insulated) and cosy guest house in South New Brighton. We are located between the long South Brighton beach and the Avon River / Heathcote River Estuary. You have the choice if you want to enjoy your privacy in the sleepout and the back part of the garden or to enjoy the nice views to the Port Hills. We are a family with two kids and they are happy to share their toys, playhouse and sandpit. Please be aware that you can't access the property by car! The space Simple but new and well insulated and with everything you need. We provide towels. Guest access You will stay in the sleepout that provides a basic kitchen with microwave, toaster, water cooker and a lot of dishes, glasses and other kitchen equipment. The bathroom provides a shower, toilet, towel heater, vanity and towels. You can use all parts of the garden and if you travel with kids, they can enjoy the slide, the playhouse or the sandpit. Due to bad experiences, no cars allowed on our property. You must park outside. No exceptions. Other things to note - If you have children under the age if 5 we can provide a travel bassinet for them (no extra costs) - Happy to wash your clothes for fix price of $10 - Again, no parking on the property.
