HGTV’s “Vacation House for Free” Marco Island Home

Beautifully decorated fishing, ocean, beach themed home. Featured on HGTV. Renovated and located on Marco’s only golf course. Private heated pool, hot tub, gourmet kitchen. We have a private gated side fence area that will accommodate your private fishing vessel if you so desire. Located only 3-5 Minutes from the beach, shops, parks and restaurants. Public boat ramps provide easy access to the 10,000 Islands and Everglades National Park is only a 45 min drive. Enjoy! It’s an island getaway! The space The whole home is yours to enjoy besides a locked cabinet. This is our second home and is not a five star resort or hotel. Homes are lived in. It is professionally cleaned and very well kept just don’t expect perfection. Enjoy a relaxed vacation at home! The heated pool and hot tub are dreamy as you overlook the golf course and watch the eagles soar. The house is a three bedroom with two king beds and one room with two twins that can be pushed together to make a third “king.” We also have 390+ movies on iTunes for your viewing pleasure. Guest access Private pool, hot tub, lanai, whole house! Hot tub is available for an additional charge May-Oct but available the rest of the year at no additional cost. Use hot tub at your own risk. Other things to note We have Apple TV with full access to hundreds of movies that we own, cable, high speed WiFi and Hulu etc. You MUST pull the grill away from the house if you use it and I cannot guarantee the gas fill levels in the tanks for the fireplace or grill. Walgreens on San Marco trades propane tanks in for new filled tanks. Our home is in a neighborhood and loud partying is not allowed. Any complaints from neighbors will be an issue. Boat and all fishing equipment as well as electric scooters and skateboards are strictly off limits. TRASH pick up is Monday morning and Thursday morning. Please set it out at the end of the drive the night before. Recycle and trash are Thursday only. It’s FL so ghost ants are typical if you see them just let us know so that Truly Nolan our exterminator can treat. Also, the beds pictured in the garage are only available upon special request and based on availability. Parts of the year a small boat is stored in the garage making it unavailable.
