Typical house in Le Havre dating back to the 1930's but well-renovated and modern with a very nice garden in a very quiet area 5mn by car from the seafront, 5 mn's walk to different bus-stops or 20 mn's walk from the town centre. The space Very bright house with a dish-washer. Tea and coffee facilities. Garden furniture and a barbecue available (but you will have to bring your own charcoal). Booklet on how to use the different appliances in the house, emergency numbers, a map of Le Havre, documentation on sites to visit in and around Le Havre together with a list of restaurants. All the documents are both in French and in English. You will occupy the 2 superior levels of the house and the garden: level 1: kitchen, dining-room and a sitting-room with a big screen TV and with a beautiful view onto the garden. Level 2: 2 bedrooms , one with a double bed (the one with a TV ) and the other one with 2 single beds . + a very recent and modern bathroom There is a small studio in front of the house where me or my son might sojourn. To be noted: when you rent the house for 2 persons, the children's bedroom is not available unless we agreed otherwise together. Guest access there is a parking space in front of the house reserved to lodgers. Other things to note The temperature of the house is set for 20°2 Celsius. Due to the unreasonable increase of the temperature by former lodgers, you can’t increase the temperature, sorry
