Villa Capo Zafferano

The Villa is just 30m far from the sea. The sea is accessible with a path that goes across the garden of 3000m2. The Villa is divided in three floors, and it can host until 8 people. The Villa is located 30m far from the sea in the marvelous reef of Mongerbino, in front of Cape Zafferano. It's a place characterized by typical Sicilian maritime towns: Santa Flavia, Sant'Elia-Porticello. Palermo is just 12 km far. The Villa has a wonderful land of 3000 m2, this land is a fantastic garden and part of the sea-reef at the same time, where you a enjoy the natural Mediterranean vegetation composed by olives trees, palms, agaves, cactus, geraniums mixed to the magic sea atmosphere. The garden has a path, that goes down to the private sea bays. Those bays down of the Villa there have some platforms, to take the sun in relax just 2m far from the sea. The Villa is organized by a big unique central space (entrance-dining room-living room with chimney) with huge glasses wall as a facade that gives the possibility to go in the main terrace that bring you properly in front of the sea with an unforgettable sea-view. This view is characterized by the horizon and Cape Zafferano, the beautiful Cape near by the Villa. From the main space of the inner Villa is possible to access to the kitchen, to the single bedroom, to the main loo, and to the two master bedrooms (one of those has the loo included into the room). At the minus one there is a double single bedroom, with a comfortable bathroom. Downstair there is a second terrace, it's the greatest place to enjoy the sun, down of the terrace there is an independent dependance (for two people more). All the furniture are from the modern iconic design of the historical "International Style". It's a fantastic place for an holiday: it's a island half-hour far from Palermo where is possible to live like in an island in the middle of the mediterranean sea.
