Inaugurated in November 2019, Country House Bradomín is perched on a small hillside above the charming “pueblo blanco” of Cártama, just a 20-minute drive from Málaga city center and the airport. It’s the perfect retreat for families with children seeking a peaceful, safe haven surrounded by nature. The space Bradomín Country House – Your Idyllic Countryside Retreat Perched on a hillside with breathtaking views over the valley, Bradomín Country House combines comfort, style, and tranquility. Recently refurbished to an impeccable standard, it offers a warm and inviting atmosphere perfect for families or groups seeking a peaceful escape. For larger gatherings, Bradomín Country House is conveniently located right in front of our other property, La Niña Chole. Together, the two houses provide a total of 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, making it an ideal option for families or friends traveling together. Inside the House • Ground Floor: A spacious living room with cozy sofas, a fireplace, and a dining area. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs, and there is also a separate wet room with a shower. • Upstairs: • The Blue Room: Double bedroom with en-suite wet room/shower. • The Green Room: Double bedroom with en-suite wet room/shower. • The Red Room: Double bedroom with access to a separate wet room/shower. Outdoor Spaces The outdoor area is designed for relaxation and entertainment: • A private pool with a bench for enjoying the stunning views. • Shaded areas for lounging and unwinding. BBQ. The pool is equipped with an automatic cleaning system, ensuring a hassle-free experience. Additional Services and Amenities • Climate Control: Heating and air conditioning units in the 3 bedrooms and the living room. A fireplace is also available in the living room. Please note: the floors are not heated. Groceries Upon Request:In case your landing is late and or supermarkets are closed, we can buy basic groceries for you for your arrival and next morning breakfast. • Languages Spoken: We speak English, French, and Spanish, ensuring smooth communication throughout your stay. Bradomín Country House offers a perfect blend of elegance and comfort, making it an unforgettable destination. We look forward to hosting you! We have opened a new room with its own private entrance at the back of the house — a space that is much more than a simple bedroom. A panoramic glass front frames spectacular views that can be enjoyed directly from the bed, offering a sense of absolute privacy. The bathroom features a panoramic shower with direct access to the front terrace, allowing you to step outside and immerse yourself in the landscape. This new room is designed to provide a refined, serene, and truly exceptional experience. This extra space is only available when you tupe 7 and or 8 guests and the global rate will automatically include this bedroom in the price. When you are 6 or less guests, this bedroom will only be available on request and we will inform more costs per person and per night. Guest access The property is fully fenced, ensuring complete privacy as you will be the sole occupants during your stay. Water is sourced from wells or delivered by truck, making it a precious and limited resource. We kindly request that you use it responsibly to help preserve this valuable commodity. Given the rising cost of electricity, we also ask that you switch off the air conditioning units when the house is unoccupied. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated. Other things to note Important Information for Your Stay Access: For your convenience, please use Google Maps to navigate to Bar Los Titos in Cártama. Once you arrive, we will provide a video guiding you along the final stretch of the access road upon confirmation of your booking. Group of Friends: This property holds great sentimental value to us, and due to past experiences, we can only accept guests with excellent reviews. We reserve the right to request a refundable deposit upon arrival. We kindly ask that you respect the tranquility of the neighborhood, and refrain from organizing parties or events that may disturb the surroundings. Additional Services: • Extra Cleaning or Linens: Should you require additional cleaning or a change of linens and towels, please do not hesitate to ask, and we will provide this service for an additional charge. • Babies Welcome: We are pleased to offer a high chair, portable bath, and cots to ensure the comfort of your little ones. Check-In and Check-Out: • Check-In: 14:00 (unless otherwise agreed) • Check-Out: 10:00 (unless otherwise agreed) Pool: The pool is 1.40 meters deep. For your safety, we kindly ask that you refrain from jumping or diving into the pool. Water: Water is sourced from wells, making it ideal for showering and brushing your teeth. However, for drinking, we recommend bottled water. Please be mindful of the limited water supply due to the ongoing drought, as water is both scarce and costly. If the water deposit is emptied as a result of taps being left open, a fee of €300 will be charged for its refilling. Air Conditioning: Given the significant costs associated with air conditioning, we kindly ask that you turn off the units when not in the room or the house, and use them responsibly. Security: While Cártama is a safe area, you are responsible for the property during your stay. We ask that you lock the doors and main gate when leaving the house. Washing Machine and Towels: We provide 3 towels per person, including one pool towel, as well as bed sheets and covers. You are welcome to use the washing machine for your personal laundry. If towels or linens are damaged, we will inform you of the replacement cost. Wi-Fi: The Wi-Fi password will be provided upon your arrival. Watering the Plants: An automatic irrigation system is in place for the trees. We would appreciate it if you could water the smaller plants near the house as needed. Toilets and Showers: Please avoid flushing inappropriate items such as plastic down the toilet. We also ask that you be considerate in your use of water, especially with the showers, to help preserve this limited resource. Cleaning and Garbage: We kindly ask that you leave the property as tidy as possible upon your departure. Please take your garbage bags to the designated bins in town, as we do not provide waste removal services for large items. Additional charges may apply for waste disposal. Damages: If any items are accidentally damaged during your stay, please notify us immediately. We will only charge for the replacement of high-value items. For your reference, the glass door of the fireplace costs €250 to replace. Fire: For safety reasons, making any fires outside is strictly prohibited. Fires are only allowed in the BBQ area when conditions are calm and not windy. Access Road: The property is located 1 km from town, along a narrow, winding road with occasional bumps and slopes. We will share a video of the road when we confirm your booking, and we encourage you to cancel if the access road is unsuitable for your needs. Comments: As we do not live on the property, we greatly appreciate any feedback or suggestions you may have to help us improve the experience for future guests. Heating: Please note that our home is equipped with air conditioning units (hot and cold) in all 3 bedrooms and the living room. We also have a fireplace in the living room.
