You are welcome to roam free throughout. We have three citrus trees (Lime, Meyer Lemon and Blood orange) when in season - Winter you are welcome to pick fruit. Additionally we have one old and prolific fig tree producing wonderfully sweet Summer figs which you are also welcome to have. Other things to note Please note some very important things about this property BEFORE YOU BOOK IT: First, NO AMPLIFIED EXTERIOR NOISE OF ANY KIND; Due to a new Palm Springs rental ordinance (#1748), NO OUTDOOR MUSIC IS ALLOWED in a vacation rental.. THIS IS A QUIET RESIDENTIAL COMMUNITY, AND ALL GUESTS IN OR ON THIS PROPERTY WILL HAVE TO CONTRACTUALLY AGREE NOT TO NOT DISTURB ANY NEIGHBORS WITH NOISE, PARTYING, SPORTS, YELLING, KIDS SCREAMING, OR ANY OTHER LOUD OR COMMOTION-CAUSING ACTIVITIES. If you intend to make noise outdoors, this is not the right house for you; The City of Palm Springs DVRC unit (department of vacation rental compliance) will get notice and WILL COME BY THE PROPERTY WHERE YOU WILL BE ISSUED A FINE ON THE SPOT OF $500-$1,000 PER DAY PER INCIDENT IF they receive complaints from neighbors about noise or other disturbances. Gatherings larger than 8 people are violations of Palm Springs City Code and require a permit. Second, this is an entirely non-smoking property. No smoking or burning of candles or incense in the house, in the garage, or anywhere on the property or on the property grounds. Third, we allow ONE house trained dog on premises but must approved by the owner, and we reserve the right to charge for any signs and damage of pet on property. Sorry, no cats-other renters might be allergic. $75 per pet fee applies. Pets must be leashed at all times outside the house. PET OWNERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR CLEANING UP ANY/ALL PET REFUSE. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED ON FURNITURE AT ANY TIME. ANY EVIDENCE OF PETS ON FURNITURE MAY INCUR EXTRA CLEANING FEES. All pets must be up-to-date on rabies vaccinations and all other vaccinations. The owners assume no responsibility for illness or injury that humans or pets may incur while on the premises.
