Double room downstairs with a king bed in the private house. The owner lives on the property. It is a 5 minutes drive to the town center of Newmarket, a 2-minute walk to the local pubs, and the bus stop is beside the local pub. There are also off-road car park spaces. The house is in a highly desirable quiet area, non-smoker, and a friendly German Shepherd boy dog. One bathroom upstairs guest uses only, one shared downstairs toilet, use of other amenities.
