The Red Room Guest Favourite homestay in New Delhi

Situated in a quiet pretty residential colony of South Delhi is a home away from home .The apartment has an old world charm- which makes it all the more welcoming for the guest to have a relaxed and comfortable stay. I have been hosting guests for over 3 years and absolutely love it. Looking forward to hosting like minded people who are visiting Delhi for a short or long stay. The space The red room is one of 3 inside the apartment there is a shared living room and kitchen . I also live on the same property and am around most of the time. Each room has its own TV and AC which are maintained regularly . Guest access The guests will have access to the entire flat and feel free to fetch food from the kitchen. Exclusive parking space is available for one car During your stay As much or as As little is needed. I live in the same apartment but I love to give people there own space. I will be happy to share some local tips and ideas over a cup of tea. Ac charges will be as per actual usage of submeter on both listings Yoga classes available for the guests. Other things to note AC Charges: AC charges will be as per usage of submeter reading. While we do provide heaters and Air conditioner we believe in green living - so we charge guests an extra 150 rs per day for using these items this can be given in cash or sent via airbnb before hand I live on the same property Breakfast is not complementary we charge and extra 100 rs for this I have a chef who will be happy to cook some extra lunch or dinner for you but at a price Electricity for usage of ac extra as per meter reading. I live in a gated community so the space is very secure We now have a new metro line that comes withing waking distance Uber works great hear we are very close to Akshardham and lotus temple. There are lots of restaurants near by I dont have a problem if people want to stay for long periods of time Yoga classes available for the guests.
