"Erofili"stone family house private heated pool

The ground floor cottage "Erofili" is in the area of Oasis Varypetrou on the main road, 7km from Chania, 6km from the beach of Agioi Apostoli, Golden Coast. Lake Agia is just 1 km away. It combines modern and traditional elements of Crete. It is located on a 4-acre plot with orange and olive trees. Very close is a supermarket, tavernas, pharmacy, cafe, sports areas. The city of Chania is 7-8 minutes away by car or bus. The space The ground floor stone cottage "Erofili" is 100 sq.m. and has an outdoor ecological heated depending on the season above ground pool of 20 sq.m. My sister lives upstairs and only deals with the cleaning of the ground floor space at each arrival and departure. She has no other access to the ground floor apartment which is a private space. Only the entrance to the two houses is shared. It is a fully renovated house and its name has been taken from mom Erofilis who loved nature and the Cretan tradition. The main entrance leads to a large open space, the living room and the fully equipped kitchen where mom Erofilis left a barrel of red wine and treated with much love anyone who passed by her house!There is a two-seater sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen area is fully equipped with electrical appliances for a comfortable and modern living from the basics to small appliances: fridge, stove-oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, espresso machine, toaster, etc. Leaving the living room, we pass the traditional stone arch and we have a comfortable bathroom in front of us. Bathroom, cabinets for personal items, iron, washing machine, hair dryer and hair press are some of the amenities available to our guests. To the right and left of the corridor with safety lights at night are two large bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two singles, fully equipped for a comfortable stay. Huge wardrobes with hangers, a safe, a pharmacy, an iron are some of the amenities for our guests. The amenities of the house include: air conditioning in the open space and in each bedroom, 48-inch and 32-inch TVs in the living room and bedrooms respectively. As well as internet for any professional or recreational use our guests may request. There is private parking, comfortable courtyards, a garden for relaxation with many flowers, trees and lawn, private fenced where our little friends can enjoy their game and the adults in the huge courtyard their drink or coffee. Umbrella with four sunbeds, life jacket, pool towels are additional amenities available in the cottage where reading a book or enjoying a cool fruit will help you relax under the hot summer sun. The pool is open from March to October and the water in the spring months and in October reaches 23-25 degrees if requested to be heated by guests at an extra charge of 10 euros per night. In summer it reaches 30 degrees. The pool contains natural salt. The house can comfortably accommodate 5-6 people but also in the children's swing there is another little friend of ours. Guest access Guests can use all the indoor and outdoor areas of the house. They have access to large courtyards with grass or surrounded by herbs and trees of the Cretan land, as well as to the area of four acres where there are olive trees and orange trees that allow for outdoor relaxation and sports activities. The entire ground floor house and courtyard are completely private with the pool where only guests of the house have access. Other things to note The ground floor stone cottage "Erofili" is ideal for lovers of nature, tranquility, relaxation, carefree living. Combination of physical exercise with hiking and in such a short distance the beautiful city of "Chania" just 7 km with the enchanting Venetian port.
