This cottage is located on a 4 star resort. There is a shared pool & two hot tubs you have access to. The community is very safe & quiet neighborhood. This home has been completely decorated in a beach teme decor and has everything you will need for a short or long stay. And is conveniently located in the heart of Kissimmee, Florida. -4 miles to Disney World -4 miles to medieval times dinner -.2 miles to ALDI, Dollar Tree, CVS, Krispy Kreme -2 miles to Walmart & Old Twn -7 miles to Sea World The space The cottage is decorated in a beach theme Decor. You have a full size bedroom with a queen size bed & a 65 inch roku smart tv for your viewing pleasure. Also in the bedroom is a full size closet. You have a bathroom right off the bedroom that has been updated. You have central Air conditioning for this lovely Florida weather. You have a nice size living room that has a sectional couch that also turns into a sofa bed. You have a 35 inch roku tv in the living room for your pleasure. In the kitchen you will find a full size stove, fridge & small breakfast dining table. There is a laundry facility on the resort that you will have access to. You also will have access to a pool & hot tub. However the HOA & the resort maintains the pool so unfortunately I will not be responsible if the pool is closed for any reason during your stay. There is a google home located in the living room for alarms, weather etc. it is just a speaker. Guest access Guest will have access to the entire cottage. Guest can use the community pool & spa. Guest have access to the community laundry facility that is coin operated.
