Large en suite room in Bromborough, private access

We are offering a large en suite annex room in a converted stables dating from 1871. The room was fully refurbished in 2018 with underfloor heating and shower room. There is a wall mounted table, king size bed, chest of drawers, hanging rail and wall mounted TV. There is ample parking in the courtyard and access to a covered area and patio area to the rear of the house. Tea and instant coffee are available in the room and washing machine, iron and ironing board are accessible on request. The space The room has a private entrance from the courtyard and a door to the garden at the rear of the property. There is a lockable door into the kitchen. There is a patio area with table and chairs plus sun shade in the summer. There are also seasonal fruits and vegetables you can help yourself to further down the garden. Guest access Guests can access the courtyard and the garden from their room and enjoy their meals outside if they wish to . The kitchen is in the main house and shared with us. During your stay We live in the main house and will generally be available in the mornings and evenings and sometimes during the day. Other things to note We also give access to our kitchen where there is a private cupboard with plates and cutlery, private microwave oven and fridge freezer, shared hob, pots, pans etc. When in season, guests can help themselves to fruit and vegetables from our garden. Our daughter also has an egg shop selling freshly laid eggs from our 9 chickens, who live at the bottom of the garden. PS There is no cockerel and they are 40 metres from your room, so you do not see or hear them unless you go looking for them.
