Lovely well equipped apartment in Ljubljana is situated in the green suburb of Ljubljana (Crnuce). It is only 6 km from the old city center, connected with public transportation. The accommodation is 55 m2 + a small loft (quenn size bed - sleeps 2 max.). The apartment is on the 3rd floor, unfortunately no elevator (34 stairs), but with a nice garden-free parking + free bikes. You are more than welcome at Kathy’s place! The space Studio apartment is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Apartment has been recently renovated. I can offer two bikes for free for exploring Ljubljana… Compared to other capitals, Ljubljana is very compact, very green, and very cyclist-friendly, which makes it a great place to explore by bicycle. Air conditioning? No, sorry... My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers… In the apartment you have: Living room & dining room with open kitchen (fully equipped); flat-screen TV, cable TV; wi-fi internet; linen (towels, sheets); bathroom with massage shower - Jacuzzi whirlpool bath - Flexa Tower (roto shower-shower head, Turkish bath, vertical-back hydro, radio…. ), hair dryer ,…; washing/drying machine (ground floor- ask for it); 2 free bicycles (let us know in advance if you want it); cleaning on departure; possibility of cleaning during the stay (for a fee); smoking area (outside)… Guest access You will have entire apartment for yourself. I offer you a respectful environment and ask for the same kind of respect in return. Please take your shoes off! :-) Slippers are always available. Smoking is prohibited in the house. It might be allowed in special area (please, ask before). Other things to note There is a law in Slovenia that host is responsible for informing local police station about every tourist that sleeps in Ljubljana (or any other place in Slovenia). That is why we will photograph your IDs upon your arrival. TOURIST TAX - In the comune of Ljubljana, the tourist tax is 3.13 € /night & €1.56 / child aged 7-18 / night all year around. This fee must be paid directly in cash at the check in as AirBnb allows.
