Casa de Rosas

The apartment which is approximately 70m2, includes two bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and a living room. This all is attached to a large house and I live in the same house. Attached to the living room there´s a furnitured veranda where you from here can access a lounge area and sunbeds down by the pool. I use the pool and my friends also use it sometimes. The space It´s 3,3 kilometers to the beach and the esplanade and 15 kilometers to the airport. Car is recommended due to the slope wich can seem a bit challenging. There are plenty golf courses around and also a Tivoli, a dolphinarium, an aquarium, a crocodile park, tennis courts and a water world. You can also go by a cable car up the hill where there is a bird sanctuary. Guest access The apartment with its attached balcony/veranda is your private one as a guest. You have access to a barbecue on the terrace. You will of course be able to be in the pool area with it's lounge and sun beds. However this area will be shared with myself and my family so I would appreciate that you kindly consider and be respectful when using them. The rest of the house is private.
