Kucica wooden cottage near Zagreb outdoor jacuzzi

Spend a pleasant day at The Cottage or stay as long as you like! A whole mini farm (4000m2) near the Croatian capital, with electricity, water, kitchen utensils, bathroom, outdoor jacuzzi and everything you need to grill and chill - all that's missing is you! The space The Cottage (in Croatian "Kucica" which means "little house") is over hundred years old traditional wooden house situated 30 minutes drive (15miles) from Croatian capital Zagreb in part of Croatia called Zagorje. It is a very picturesque and hilly region famous for preserved idilic nature, rivers, old castles and excavation site of a 100,000 year old Neanderthal man. Kuchica has a big living room, small kitchen, bathroom and brand new attic with four beds (1 double beds + 2 single beds). Please note we have quite steep stairs to the attic/sleeping room (see picture) in case that is a problem for somebody we have downstairs two beds that can also used. During summer heats in sleeping area you need to use air conditioning most of the time to secure pleasant temperatures. We also have a small orchard (with apples, peaches, walnuts...). If you need to decompress and escape city life, have a romantic weekend or simply have a quiet place to finish that novel you've been writing for years, welcome to The Cottage! Arrival is not a problem; come with your vehicle or we will organize the easiest transportation for you (bus and train are also available but 1,5 km away) Other things to note Cottage is located in the middle of nature, surrounded by forest and meadows, so you can come across small animals such as squirrels, rodents and various insects on the property.
