Located on the second floor with an elevator, the loft has a mezzanine with two beds, ideal for accommodating more people. Upon request, it is possible to remove a bed to set up a small living area with a table and chairs. The 20-square-meter property boasts a view of the garden, offering a quiet and relaxing environment. The space The apartment offers a large living space with high vaulted ceilings and original handmade Neapolitan tile floors from the late 1800s. Consisting of four private bedrooms, a kitchen and a living room open to all guests, two of the bedrooms overlook Via Foria, while the other two overlook a quiet internal courtyard. The main room overlooks one of the oldest streets in Naples, marking the northern border of the ancient city, offering a historic and fascinating atmosphere. Guest access Guests are free to enter and exit the property at any time, using their personal keys. You can request an extra set of keys for your convenience. Access to the courtyard is open to all guests, while the garden will be completed by spring 2016. An elevator is available upon request to facilitate access, and vehicles can unload directly at the front door if necessary. Make yourself at home, enjoying the freedom of access at any time. During your stay The property offers ample common areas ideal for guest interaction. Guests can enjoy a large kitchen and a cozy living room, perfect for socializing with other travelers. In addition, there is a large courtyard adorned with fresh lemons and oranges, accessible to all guests. The garden is currently being renovated and will be ready in the spring, offering additional space for relaxation and conviviality. Other things to note Our theme is "up-cycle/recycle," with almost all the furniture handcrafted by us, giving them a second life to decorate our B&B. Located on the 2nd floor with an elevator, the property is conveniently close to two metro stations (Line 1 and Line 2).
