Spacious, light-flooded vacation home with 100 m² of living space, located directly on the spa park of Bad Münster am Stein. Very quiet location - no through traffic, residential street - with modern, new and high-quality furnishings. ATTENTION: Reconstruction work (conversion of spa clinic buildings into apartments) is currently taking place on 2 adjacent properties. This can temporarily lead to impairments or construction noise. The space The spacious - on 2 levels - vacation home impresses with its open design and a tastefully selected high-quality furnishings in a modern design. The open living room with panoramic windows overlooking the greenery has an open fireplace, a relaxing seating area of the brand "Stressless" (here the name says it all) and plenty of space. For a real cinema experience, a flat-screen TV (55-inch) with satellite connection, DVD player and Wi-Fi connection is available in the living room. From the living area, you can go to the open dining area with an open kitchen, where the guest lacks nothing: coffee machine, "Kitchen-Aid" food processor, stove, oven, refrigerator and dishwasher are just some of the practical features. On the lower floor are the two bedrooms "East" and "West", as well as the bathroom. The bathroom is decorated in a modern white-black design and equipped with a mirror cabinet, hairdryer and bath accessories. The walk-in shower with "rain shower" provides a special shower experience. Both bedrooms have a double bed and thus offer 4 guests comfortable accommodation. On request, an extra bed is available in one bedroom (on request), so that up to 5 people can be comfortably accommodated in the house. The "West" bedroom is equipped with a second TV, flat-screen TV (32 inches), also with satellite TV and Wi-Fi connection. The entire vacation home has a high-speed Wi-Fi Internet connection. The specified overnight price includes all consumption costs as well as 7% sales tax (sales tax statement on invoice). The only additional costs for the guest are the cleaning fee of €75.00 and the guest fee of €2.80 charged by the city of Bad Kreuznach per night and guest. The total guest fee for the guests and the stay is to be paid in cash to the host upon arrival. Guests receive the guest cards from the host; these entitle them to other discounts (e.g. discounted admission prices) for free use of public transport within the city of Bad Kreuznach. Guest access The house is available for the guests for exclusive use (vacation home). Other things to note Bad Münster am Stein is a district of the spa town of Bad Kreuznach. The city of Bad Kreuznach charges a guest fee of €3.50 per guest and overnight stay. This includes the free use of public transport in the urban area. The guest fee is to be paid in cash upon arrival to the host and the guest cards are ready for guests upon arrival.
