Spacious, light-filled cottage with 100 m² of living space, located directly at the spa park of Bad Münster am Stein. Very quiet - no through traffic, Anliegerstraße - with modern, new and high-quality facilities. ATTENTION: Currently, 2 adjacent property conversion work (conversion of spa clinic buildings into apartments) takes place. This may cause temporary disturbances or construction noise. The space The spacious - on two levels - holiday home impresses with its open construction and a modern design tastefully selected high-quality equipment. The open living room with panoramic windows into the countryside has an open fireplace, a seating area of the brand "Stressless" (here is the name of the program) and plenty of space. For a real cinema experience, a flat-screen TV (55 inches) with satellite connection, DVD player and Wi-Fi connection is available in the living room. From the living area you go into the open dining area with open kitchen, where the guest lacks nothing: coffee maker, food processor "Kitchen-Aid", stove, oven, fridge and dishwasher are just a few of the practical amenities. On the lower floor are the two bedrooms "East" and "West", as well as the bathroom. Bathroom is in a modern white-black design and is equipped with a mirror cabinet, hair dryer, hair dryer, and bathroom accessories. The walk-in shower with "Rain-Shower" provides the special shower experience. Both bedrooms have a double bed and thus offer 4 guests comfortable accommodation. On request, an extra bed is available in one bedroom (from request), so that up to 5 people can be comfortably accommodated in the house. Other costs for the guest are only the cleaning fee of €75.00 and the guest fee of €2.80 charged by the city of Bad Kreuznach per night and guest. The total guest fee for the guests and the stay must be paid in cash to the host upon arrival. Guests receive the guest cards from the host; these entitle, in addition to other discounts (e.g. discounted entrance fees), for free use of public transport within the city of Bad Kreuznach. Guest access The house is available for guests for their own use (vacation home). Other things to note Bad Münster am Stein is the district of the spa town of Bad Kreuznach. The city of Bad Kreuznach charges a guest fee of €3.50 per guest per night. This includes the free use of public transport in the city. The guest fee is to be paid to the host in cash on arrival and the guest cards are available for guests on arrival.
