The house was renovated in 2025 - with particular attention given to the outdoor kitchen, indoor kitchen and bathroom. 🛏️ Bedrooms The house has two bedrooms. The first features a double bed, a freestanding clothes rack and hangers. The second has two single beds and a wardrobe. 🛁 Bathroom The fully renovated bathroom features a walk-in shower, WC and washbasin. 🍳 Kitchen & Living Room The kitchen is equipped with a large preparation counter, a breakfast bar - perfect for meals when the weather outside isn't cooperating - and a dishwasher. The living room features a sofa-bed and a storage wardrobe. 🌿 Covered Terrace & Sun Terrace The covered front terrace is fitted with a ceiling fan, a dining table and an outdoor kitchen with a gas stove and a small refrigerator. A BBQ area is also available nearby. Towards the sea, a sun terrace awaits with garden furniture, sun loungers and hammocks. Two SUP boards are available for guests. An outdoor shower is located right at the sea access point. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire house and all outdoor areas: - Both bedrooms, living room and kitchen, and bathroom. - Covered front terrace with outdoor kitchen, gas stove, small refrigerator, ceiling fan and dining table. - BBQ area. - Sun terrace towards the sea with garden furniture, sun loungers, and hammocks. - Two SUP boards. - Outdoor shower at the sea access point. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation! 💙 🕒 Check-In & Check-Out Policy - ✅ Check-in: from 14:00 - ❌ Early arrivals are not possible unless agreed in advance, as we may need time to prepare the house after previous guests. - ✅ Check-out: by 10:00 - Late check-out is available only by prior arrangement and may incur a charge of €15 per hour. 🤫 Quiet Hours - 🌙 From 22:00 to 07:00, please respect the peace of the bay and our neighbours. - 🎉 You are welcome to enjoy yourselves, but we kindly ask that you keep noise to a minimum at night. This is not a party house. 🚭 Smoking Policy - Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. - 🚫 This helps us keep the space fresh and clean for everyone. Please use outdoor areas if you wish to smoke and dispose of cigarettes properly. 🧼 Linens & Towels - Bed linens and towels are included, but: - ❌ Do not use them outside the house. - ❌ Avoid using them with sunscreen or tanning oils – they leave stains that are difficult to remove. - 💸 Damaged or stained items will be charged: Towels/blankets: €20 each 🍽️ Kitchen Use & Breakages - Please treat all plates, glasses, and utensils with care. - The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher — please use it for washing up rather than hand-washing, as it is more water-efficient. - 🧾 If anything breaks, let us know. Charges are: Glass: €4 Plate: €5 Cooking pot: €15 - 🚨 Unreported damage may result in extra charges. 🔧 Damages & Issues - 🛠 Please report any issues or damages immediately so we can repair or address them quickly. - Lost key fee: €60 — Please take care of the keys and always lock up when leaving. 🙏 General Respect - This is a private home, not a hotel. Please treat it with respect, as you would your own. - Disrespecting the rules may result in additional charges. These are not punishments but necessary measures to protect the property and future guests. 🛠️ Additional Rules 💡 Electricity Usage - ⚡ Electricity is generated entirely via solar panels and is a limited, renewable resource — please use it mindfully. - The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher — please run it only when fully loaded and only during the day, when solar generation is at its peak. - Please avoid running multiple high-consumption devices at the same time — this includes the dishwasher, hairdryer, kettle, or other high-draw appliances. - ⚠️ Turn off all lights and appliances when not in use or when leaving the house. - 🌞 The solar system works best on sunny days — please be especially mindful during overcast periods. 🗑️ Waste Management - 🌿 There is no daily waste collection — waste must be managed carefully. - 🗑 Trash bins are located on-site — if they become full, let us know so we can arrange pickup. - ❌ Please do not leave any waste outside, especially food, to prevent animals from coming near the house. 🔥 Outdoor BBQ Grill - 🥩 A barbecue grill is available for your use. Please use it safely and responsibly. - 🔥 Never leave the fire unattended, and ensure the fire is completely extinguished after use. - 🚯 Kindly clean the grill after each use, so it's ready for the next guest. 🦎 Respect for Nature & Insects - 🌿 Being in a natural setting, it's normal to encounter insects, lizards, or small animals. - 🚪 Keep windows and doors closed when not in use to prevent insects from entering. - 🧼 Please clean the outdoor kitchen and utensils thoroughly after each use — food residues attract ants, flies, and other pests, especially in warm weather. - Do not leave food or dirty dishes outdoors — even overnight — as this invites unwanted guests. - 🐾 Let's keep the space pleasant for you and for the next guests by respecting the natural balance around us. 🚗 Road Access - 🚘 The house is accessible by car; however, the last 2 km of the road are not asphalted. - Please drive slowly and carefully, especially if you are arriving after the rain. - Standard vehicles can reach the house without issue — no need for a 4x4, just a little patience and caution. 💬 Final Note Robinson stays are unique experiences meant to disconnect from modern stress and reconnect with nature.
