Great place to stay. Quiet, clean & comfy near SEU

I offer a very clean comfortable bedroom with a dedicated bathroom used only by my guest during their stay. I am less then one mile from Southeastern University, making it a perfect stay for anybody visiting there. I am also about 15 minutes from LAKE MYRTLE SPORTS PARK and about 10 minutes from downtown Lakeland. The space Private Bedroom with a private bathroom next to it. The room has a 40" Roku TV. Use of the kitchen for cooking is not generally an amenity, if this is something you would like to do please speak to me beforehand. If you have some items that you need to keep refrigerated you are welcome to use the refrigerator in the kitchen I am laid back and easy going and try to be very accommodating. If you have any questions just ask. Guest access I look forward to hosting you. Electronic lock with keypad. I will send out the access code the day of your arrival. During your stay I'm always available by phone, text or Airbnb app if my guests have questions. I super personable and enjoy talking to my guests, if privacy and quiet is something you're after I can accommodate that too. Other things to note Check in and check out times are flexible. Please ask if you need something different then what I have listed. I have 3indoor cats that are allowed in the living dining and kitchen area. I always keep the bedroom and bathroom doors closed so there is not cat hair in my guests space.
